What are the Comprehensive and Certified General Study Prep Materials?
They are a set of intense question and answer based on materials in Power Point format designed to help you pass either the Appraisal Institute’s Comprehensive Exam or a state Certified General Exam.
What do I need?
A computer or laptop with Power Point. The software works with both macs and PCs.
How much do the materials cost?
- All Modules are $600
- The Income Module is $300.
- The Sales Module is $150.
- The Cost Module is $150.
- The General Module is $150.
Do I have to purchase all the modules?
No. You may purchase any or all modules. We find that most people purchase the entire set as there is a $150 discount.
How does the questions and answers work?
You may work on the problems for a brief period of time and answer the question using multiple choice answers just like a real exam. Alternatively you may simply review a detailed solution shown.
How many questions are there?
There are approximately 200 questions for the Income module and approximately 100 questions for the other three modules.
